Where We Ship We currently ship physical orders within the United Kingdom only.

Processing Time Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be processed and dispatched. Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been sent.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. We'll do our best to keep you updated if there are any delays.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected delivery method.

Digital Products Digital products (such as downloadable knitting patterns) are delivered electronically via a download link sent to your email address after purchase. No physical shipping applies to digital orders.
